A seat is a person in your workspace. Deactivate a leaver and the bill drops at the next invoice, prorated.

Recording hours

New recording per seat per month, pooled across the workspace. Transcription and summaries are included in the hours and carry no separate charge.

Trial and leaving

Twenty-one days on Pro with no card. If you do not choose a plan, nothing is deleted; the workspace waits. Leave whenever you like: every recording, transcript, CV and shortlist exports as one zip, free, on every plan.
