About Hordu
Hordu is built in the United Kingdom for recruitment agencies with two to fifty consultants. It does the four things an agency does with video and documents every week, in one place, on a monthly plan: record a message, run and record an interview, format a CV, and send the client a shortlist they can act on from their phone.
It exists because the product that did this before was sold by quote on multi-year contracts, took weeks to set up, and left the people using it with four separate tools and a live interview they could not rely on.
What we hold to
- Published prices. Every seat has every feature. No minimum seats and no required annual term.
- Your brand on every page a client or candidate sees.
- A recording is never lost: uploaded as it is made, recorded on the server in a live room.
- AI that describes and never scores. Summaries say what a candidate said. Nothing grades or ranks a person.
- You are the data controller. We sign a data processing agreement, list every sub-processor, keep data in the UK or EU, and candidates can ask for their data to be removed from any email they receive.
