ryvr is Hinterview under a new name, with a new job: a notetaker across your calls and CRMs. Hordu overlaps on the Teams and Zoom notetaker and on client shortlists, and keeps the interviews, CVs and video messaging the new ryvr site no longer mentions.
What it is
ryvr. Conversation intelligence for recruitment: a notetaker on phone, Zoom and Teams calls that writes notes and fields to the CRM, scores calls against scorecards, clips and searches across calls, and sends branded Showcase video shortlists.
Hordu. Video messages, live interview rooms that record, a Teams and Zoom notetaker, one-way interviews, client shortlists with CVs and feedback, and CV formatting, in one workspace.
Buying
ryvr. £48 per seat per month on an annual term with a three-seat minimum, £69 month to month, a free Lite tier, a 21-day trial. Partner tiers down to £33.
Hordu. £29, £49 or £79 per seat per month, no minimum seats, annual optional, a 21-day trial with no card.
Call recording
ryvr. Seventeen phone and meeting sources including Aircall, RingCentral, 8x8, Zoom Phone, Teams, Zoom and Meet.
Hordu. Hordu's own rooms, and a notetaker that joins Teams, Zoom and Meet from the link. Phone-system recording is not wired.
CRM write-back
ryvr. Twenty-three destinations including Bullhorn, Salesforce, Mercury, Loxo, JobAdder and Vincere, plus an MCP connector.
Hordu. Bullhorn now, with an embedded tab and submission status sync; a REST API, webhooks and Zapier on Pro and Scale; Vincere and JobAdder next.
Interviews
ryvr. The one-way and two-way interview products from the Hinterview days are no longer on the site.
Hordu. Live rooms with server-side recording, a booking page per recruiter, a waiting room, and one-way interviews with question sets.
Shortlists
ryvr. Showcase: branded video and audio shortlists with analytics.
Hordu. A branded page with video, CV, summary, documents and a trust line; one-tap feedback inside the email, reasons on a No, email replies onto the thread, reminders, competency ratings and interview requests.
CV formatting
ryvr. Not on the site.
Hordu. Included on every plan with templates, anonymisation and Word and PDF output.
Scoring
ryvr. Scores calls against scorecards and intelligence packs.
Hordu. No scoring or ranking of candidates by software, ever. Clients rate against your criteria themselves.
